Classes are suitable for anyone with chronic stress, depression, anxiety or PTS.
Frontline Yoga classes are FREE to all Frontline professionals – Current | Ex-serving | Retired. Supporters and public are also welcome by donation.
Frontline professional = Police, Firefighers, Paramedics, Military, Healthcare Workers and Emergency Services.
Classes are suitable for all ages and ability levels
The classes focus on maintaining Resilience, Strength and Connection.
Our teachers are experienced in providing accessible yoga that is suitable for beginners. You can participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
