Frontline Yoga offers classes in NSW/ACT, SA, QLD and online, via Zoom.
Bookings are recommended to ensure you secure a place as numbers are capped at some of our venues.
To book a place in our classes you have two options.

For virtual classes you will receive a link to the zoom meeting in the confirmation screen after booking, and also in the calendar attachement in your confirmation email.
In both instances, you can create an account to save time when making bookings in the future. When you have booked into your class a confirmation screen will appear, with the option to register for an account. Next time you visit the site to make a booking, simply login and book your class.
Please make sure you complete the health form, prior to attending, so our teachers can adjust the class for any injuries or illnesses you are currently experiencing.

Types of Classes
Adaptive Yoga that uses props and modifications to assist participants into postures based on their individual requirements.
A regular class based on traditional Hatha Yoga, combining elements of breath and movement in specially designed sequences.
Yin, Restorative or Yoga Nidra based classes designed to enhance the connection between body and breath.
Frontline Yoga delivers accessible classes that are trauma aware and culturally informed.
Classes are suitable for anyone with chronic stress, depression, anxiety or PTS.
Frontline Yoga classes are FREE to all Frontline professionals – Current | Ex-serving | Retired. Supporters and public are also welcome by donation.
Frontline professional = Police, Firefighers, Paramedics, Military, Healthcare Workers and Emergency Services.
Classes are suitable for all ages and ability levels
The classes focus on maintaining Resilience, Strength and Connection.
Our teachers are experienced in providing accessible yoga that is suitable for beginners. You can participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
