Peace Within Chaos

Yoga has helped me find peace within the chaos of life. In turn, this has allowed me to cultivate an energy of peace and acceptance (in many areas) for myself and those around me.

Matt Schmidt (Australian Army Officer)

Safe, Secure and Supportive

As a Veteran, Frontline Yoga provides me with a safe, secure and supportive environment in which I can explore and come to understand the physical and psychological challenges unique to me and to my life experience. Frontline Yoga provides me with community, strength and resilience to live a full and engaged life, and to truly explore a life of wellbeing.

Benefits both military career and personal life

I’ve been practising mindfulness and yoga for the past 12 months. The ability to focus for an hour (or so) in a state of mindfulness or flow has had so many direct benefits to both my professional military career and my personal life.

N.J. (Australian Special Forces)

Without yoga, I wouldn’t have found a way out of PTSD

Yoga (over time) released all the trapped emotions in my body. I’d often be in a puddle of tears on my mat at the end of a class. Plus, I've met my tribe of first class support people. Yoga is like going to church for me.

Sarah King (British and Australian Army Officer)

Yoga Changed My Life

I am now peaceful, centred and grounded. It is my path to better breathing. All roads lead me to the yoga mat. My breath is my peace.

Paula Lambert (Nurse)

Highly recommended.

My wife and I have been attending Skye's classes at Nelson Bay for the last 12 months. It is good for our relationship and good for ourselves. Highly recommended.
